其实答案不难找；因为现有的公务员大军人数已经多达160万人，每年单单是花在公务员的薪资上面的钱，就已经高达690亿了！现在政府喊穷，加上罗斯玛和纳吉夫妇继续毫无节制的挥霍公款，公积金局的人民退休金存款也已经被挪用得七七八八了；如果继续招聘公务员，恐怕很快即将发不出薪水啦。。。
而马来西亚的特殊现象，就是公务员越多，效率就越低越差。为了应付不断增加的公务员人手，原本一份工只需一个人就能完成的，现在分散给三、四个人做，结果效率更死。再不停止招募新人的话，恐怕接下来一份工要变成由5、6个人来做了。。。。
<Civil service freezing all hiring, says report>
A directive has been sent out to all government departments, instructing them to cease, immediately, the hiring of personnel, says the Sarawak Report.
The directive was issud by the director general of public service Mohamad Zabidi Zainal.
"Notice is hereby given that the Government has decided there is a need to control the number of personnel in the public sector towards the optimum use of human resources.
