马来西亚的部长，样样都要争世界第一！
就连牛津大学的一道墙都比不上，还想跟人比教育程度！
这简直是在痴人说梦话！

【马来西亚大学即将入英国牛津大学一样，晋身为世界第一流的高等学府】？
我觉得跟牛津的水准一样，那是天方夜谭，不过如果说是【牛精大学】，这个我倒是没有异议。
第二教育部长伊德里斯很兴奋的宣布，基于大马的国立大学这么多年来已经成功吸引总数高达135,000名外国学生来马留学，我国的大学很快就会向英国牛津大学一样，晋身为世界第一流的高等学府。
他说，尤其是我国大学的机械工程系及药剂系的学术水平，已经是属于世界最佳之一。还有国际回教大学的伊斯兰银行金融管理科系也是世界最佳。
当然，当然，尊贵的教育部长是不会去了解，既然我国的金融管理科系那么前卫先进、水准那么高，为什么我国竟然债台高筑7400亿？
尊贵的部长大概也无法自圆其说，解释不出为什么大马那几间国立大学居然连世界大学排名200强都不入。这么高的水准，都快向英国牛津大学水准看起了，竟然还排名在200名以外，这说得过去吗？
还有还有，每天只懂得坐在冷气办公室里天马行空的部长，应该也没去想，人家牛津大学招收的海外留学生水平有多高？人家招收的是来自美国、日本、中国、韩国、德国、澳洲、加拿大、新加坡及其他欧美先进国家的优秀留学生。马来西亚呢？
马来西亚的135,000名海外留学生，主要却是来自相对落后的伊拉克、伊朗、也门、埃及、尼日利亚、孟加拉、阿尔及利亚等等西亚及非洲的伊斯兰国家！
比人数就要跟世界第一流学府看齐了？为什么不敢比留学生的素质啊？
如此部长，如此水准，马来西亚教育不必比真材实料了，靠喊的就可以成为世界顶尖的牛精大学了。

Malaysian universities could be like Oxford soon, says Idris Jusoh
Second Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said that Malaysian universities are not far from becoming world-class institutions like the University of Oxford, since they have already attracted over 135,000 international students.
Idris proffered the example of engineering and pharmacy courses offered at local universities, which he claimed are among the best in the world.
“It cannot be denied that engineering courses offered in public institutions of higher learning are among the best in the world so much so that Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP) has also become the choice of foreign students,” Idris told Bernama.
He added that the Pharmacy Science Studies course at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is among the best 100 pharmacy courses in the world, while the Islamic Banking Studies at Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM) is also among the world’s best Islamic banking courses, and Universiti Putra Malaysia’s (UPM) agriculture-related courses are ranked 54th in the world, Idris claimed.
“So it is not impossible if the excellent performance of local public institutions of higher learning continued to be empowered to compete against the best universities in the world now,” he added.
In February, Idris made a similar claim, saying that Malaysian universities are on par with those from the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia, again citing the number of international students enrolled here.
But Idris’ claim was soon after rubbished by Serdang MP Ong Kian Ming, who noted that no Malaysian university even finished in the top 100 of global university rankings.
Bukit Bendera MP Zairil Khir Johari added that the majority of international students in Malaysia are from countries with inferior universities, such as Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Nigeria, and Bangladesh.
